What is an RMA?

return merchandise authorization (RMA), return authorization (RA) or return goods authorization (RGA) is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.

What is your international returns policy?

Owing to the high costs of shipping, if you need to return your items Internationally, we will ask for a subsedy of your order cost, usually this is 40% of the original value. In certain cases, I.E: Packets have been opened, We will not be able to process a return for you for health and safety reasons.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

First check your account and see if the order has been processed and passed over to our courier partner. If it has, please continue to contact the courier directly, they will be able to tell you about any delays experienced or movement on your shipments!

Have you received my return?

For both International and UK Customers, we will process your return through our automated RMA system. This will send an email over to you to confirm when we receive your returned item(s). Once received we aim to process and send out a refund within 24 hours!
